The first Swatch mural is created in Mexico City

On May 3 in the Condesa neighborhood, the prestigious watch brand Swatch inaugurated its first mural in Mexico, this is part of a campaign that promotes The X-Vibe SS 2018 season collection. With designs inspired by urban culture, this wall was made by Erick Sandoval Hofmann known as UNEG, a founding Mexican artist of Neuroblast. Together with Swatch, UNEG designed the first mural of Swatch, thus decorating one of the most emblematic points of CDMX for independent design today.

This new collection of Swatch “The X Vibe” tends to reinterpret concepts of urban style, and it is in this way that we find city elements in the mural that make reference to contemporary art. on the wall Swatch we can find small stories full of acid humour, using a subliminal message beyond the interpretation at first glance, fantastic characters and, as the central axis, the protagonist X in the design of the models in the collection.

You can find this wall at Av. Parras, Esquina Nuevo León, Colonia Condesa, CDMX.
